Inverter, also known as power regulator, is an essential part of photovoltaic system. The main function of the solar inverter is to convert the DC power generated by the solar panel into the solar pump inverter AC used in home appliances. All the electricity generated by the solar panel must be processed by the inverter before it can be output.
The solar inverter AC power generation system is composed of solar panel, charge controller, inverter and batteries; the solar DC power generation system does not include inverters. The process of converting AC power into DC power is called rectification, the circuit that completes the rectification function is called a rectifier circuit, and the device that realizes the rectification process is called a rectifier. Correspondingly, the process of converting DC electric energy into AC electric energy is called inverter, the circuit that completes the inverter function is called inverter circuit, and the device that realizes the inverter process is called inverter equipment or inverter.
The core of the inverter device is the inverter switch circuit, referred to as the inverter circuit for short. This circuit completes the function of inverter by turning on and off the power electronic switch. The on-off of power electronic switching devices requires certain driving pulses, which may be adjusted by changing a voltage signal. The circuit that generates and regulates the pulse is usually called a control circuit or control loop. The basic structure of the inverter device, in addition to the above-mentioned inverter circuit and control circuit, there are protection circuits, input circuits, output circuits, etc.
